Leukaemia, lymphomas (for example Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) and myeloma are all types of haematological cancers or cancers of the blood cells.
It is important to know which type of cancer you are looking for information on. If you are not clear ask your consultant, clinical nurse specialist or keyworker.
Treatment for haematological cancers can be offered jointly between your local hospital and the Cancer Centre in Brighton. Some patients will need to attend national specialist centres outside Sussex.
