Service Improvement Facilitator
David Watts
David Watts joined the SCN in September 2007 as Service Improvement Facilitator. David has come from Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust in SE London where he was Theatre and ITU Systems Manager. David has also worked clinically in these areas. He has extensive experience of working in re-design and process development for patient flows and implementation of projects from planning through to completion.
David's main responsibilities are:
- To review the Lower GI pathways, processes and protocols to help facilitate standardisation across the Network for Worthing, Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings Hospitals.
- To promote better planning and communication flows between and across the Network making more effective use of resources across sites and improving the patient journey.
