Network Director
Deborah Tomalin
Deborah has been with the Sussex Cancer Network since 1999 originally starting as a Development Manager for Cancer Services with East Sussex, Brighton & Hove Health Authority. She became the Network Lead Manager in 2001 and the Network Director in 2004.
In her role she is responsible for: -
- Organisation and effective running of the network and all its groups, ensuring engagement with key stake holders and delivery of agreed objectives.
- Strategic planning and policy development of the network.
- Ensuring that appropriate accreditation processes are in place, and that national strategic targets are implemented and delivered.
- Ensuring that there is effective communication between all involved in the work of the network.
- Setting of the work programme of and managing the Sussex Cancer Network Management Team.
