Service Improvement Lead

Felicity works as the Joint Service Improvement Lead with the Surrey, West Sussex & Hampshire Cancer Network and the Sussex Cancer Network.

Felicity's main responsbilities are to:

Ensure that the patients voice and needs are at the heart of service improvement activity.
Lead and co-ordinate the delivery of the cancer service improvement programme across the network, in line with local priorities.
Integrate the work of the Cancer Services Improvement Partnership with other national and local modernisation initiatives relevant to cancer services.
Ensure alignment between service improvement and service development plans.
Build the networks/trusts capacity to improve service quality through service redesign.
