SCN Conference - Tuesday 16th September 2008
Brighton & Sussex Medical School
The Sussex Cancer Network will be holding its conference on 16th September 2008. This is an all day event and we are pleased to welcome Professor Mike Richards National Cancer Director as the keynote speaker. On 25th June 2008 the Brighton Breast Team held a breast conference for patients to provide information. Some of the patients were being discharged from routine follow up and some had come along to gain more information about breast examination after surgery, side effects of hormone treatment, finances and well-being. Lace Hair System Advertisement
Dean Pinnock has just opened a salon in South London that offers "Lace Hair", which looks real and is an excelent option for people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment. Each person who has lace hair fitted has a consultation first, and this is when such issues are discussed along with the individual needs of each client. Costs do vary for lace hair, depending on what the client chooses, but generally prices start at £200.
