Northgate & Prudhoe NHS Trust have developed a pack: "End of Life Care" - A Resource Pack for those caring or supporting people with learning disability at the end of life, this resource is available in hard copy and CD and is at present free of charge to people who request
a copy. However it is necessary to send a stamped addressed envelope. This work was funded from EOLC local monies in partnership with NHS North East and
Edinburgh University. The pack contains a section on accessing local regional and national resources.
