There are also a number of resources that are useful for health care professionals to offer patients and carers. Examples are the financial leaflets that Macmillan Cancer Support have produced.

This online catalogue presents all of Macmillan’s resources for cancer care professionals, people affected by cancer and the general public.

Examples that might be useful are leaflets about money matters and how patients/carers might be able to get help with the financial costs of cancer.

There is also a Directory of cancer information materials for people with cancer 2006/07 (7th edition) vailable in UK for health care professionals.

Sussex HIS have developed a ''community project portal" - which can be used across the network, between health care professionals who need to share documentation across trusts.
