Young people and cancer survey

We are currently seeking views of children (and their parents), teenagers and young people with cancer who were diagnosed or treated in Sussex.

If you live in Sussex and have been affected by cancer either

• because you are under 25 years old and have had cancer yourself, or
• by being a parent of someone under 25 years old who has had cancer

then we would like to hear from you.
