Talking about illness may not be easy as a patient or carer, adult or child.
Support groups are for people with cancer, some groups are led by a health care professional. Some people find support groups very helpful, although this may not be the case for all.
It is quite usual for a group to include people with different types of cancer at different stages. This wider experience helps people see their own problems from a different perspective.
