If a patient is asked to join a clinical trial, they are entirely free to choose whether or not to take part in it. The clinical nurse specialist, and specially trained research nurses, will provide the information needed to make that decision.

When ever some is diagnosed with cancer or a condition that sometimes leads to cancer, all the relevant data is recorded.
